Disclaimer: Sadly I don't own Pokemon..I wish I owned those cute little Pikachus! Also, I don't own the license to the Wii, but I do own one. xD -falls over-
A/N: O-M-G.
A story by me? No wayz!
I haven't finished a story since early 2006. I'm surprised, I decided to get off my butt and write this story. Though I'm rusty, so don't expect an eloquent, elaborate story. I don't care if the events are fast paced, this was what I imagined in my mind while I was taking a shower. xD Showers are wonderful, they give you plot ideas and such.
So yeah this is an original story, based on real people. -coughmeandkellycough-
Noez, this is not real, it's fiction. I wrote this for fun. :3
ENJOY MY -COUGHCRAPPYCOUGH- STORY!

Flashback
Summary: It's been four years since that day. Four years since the promise made by two girls was enforced. Perhaps, an unexpected visit will involve more than just the promise.

"Here!"
"What is it?"
"They're..um..cookies just for you!"
The raven haired girl blinked at the poorly wrapped box presented to her as her hands unwrapped it to discover the burnt food. "These are cookies?" She questioned as she cocked her head to the side to examine these so-called, "cookies".
"They're Pika cookies! Ya know, um, Pikachu from Pokemon! I just baked them this morning, aren't they cute?! Mrow"
With the usual "mrow" from her friend, she smiled and chuckled lightheartedly. "Alright, I'll eat your cookies." The other jumped in joy as the raven haired girl popped one in her mouth. She immediately shuddered at the taste of burnt and salty flavors in her mouth.
"Well, is it good? Huh? Huh? Mrow?" If the girl were a little kitten, she would be wagging her tail in happiness.
The other didn't know what to say. She didn't want to hurt the other's feelings, yet she didn't want to lie to her also.
"...You don't like them?.." The little one was in the brink of tears as she sniffed at the other's dreadful silence.
The other was taken back at the moe level she was giving her. "Moe...I mean, they're somewhat on the salty side and they're burnt, but um..they're pretty good." The youth laughed nervously at the answer she spewed out.
"...I get it. They're bad." The little girl glanced down in sadness. "Though..I'll try harder! I'll learn how to cook better and I'll bake more Pika cookies for you! Just you wait! They'll be the best cookies you've ever tasted!" She threw her fist in the air and vowed to become stronger as the bell rang, signaling that class was about to start.

It has been four years since that day and as promised, the little girl practiced and practiced and honed her baking skills. Though the year after she promised the other, the raven haired girl had to move to another state which saddened her to no end. She learned to live with it though, besides, they would email each other whenever they could. Katsu, the dark-chocolate haired girl, still carried out her promise even though the other wasn't near.
After every failure, she relieved all her anger at her Wii which caused a few accidents, but nothing minor as of yet. Her parents didn't mind her recklessness, they were proud to see that their child was interested in cooking and that meant she would be a great wife to her special person one day.
"THERE!" Katsu yelled to the sky as she giggled in glee. "I did it! I finally did it! No burnt, salty, and cracked cookies! Mrow!" Her parents clapped at her achievement as they gulped down some of her perfect cookies, but stopped as she glared at them. "They're not for you! I'll make more later, but first. I'm going to Kelly's house! Whee!"
Usually, parents would deny this request, but surprisingly they didn't and encouraged her. "Go on honey, I'm sure she'll be glad to have your cookies, but first. Can we have more cookies?" Though after that was said, the youth scurried out the door with some of her belongings in a suitcase. "There goes our daughter, with her ambition achieved."

It took her about a measly two days to get to her destination which seemed long to all the passengers of the plane. That didn't matter to her though, the only thing that mattered was getting there. A few months ago, Kelly sent her address through one of the emails they've sent back and forth. Katsu, being a little trickster, wanted to surprise her with an unexpected visit. "Mrow, I can't wait to see her expression when I visit-ow." The teen fell as she glanced up at the house. "That hurt...though at least I'm here. Whee!"
The girl knocked on the door as she tidied up to make herself look presentable. She hoped the cookies survived the whole trip and didn't break like usual. The door opened and a gasp was heard. It was Kelly's mother. "Oh my, Katsu, what a surprise."
"Hiya! Is Kelly home?" She grinned a brilliant smile.
"Yeah she is, let me get your bags, she's upstairs. Don't worry, we have a guest room in the house. The room is the first one to the right."
"Um..well..thank you! Though I'm keeping this one, see ya in a bit." The youth hurriedly ran up the stairs and stopped at the door. "This is it. No turning back now." She took a deep breath and knocked.
No answer.
She knocked again.
No answer.
Katsu sweatdropped at the lack of response and decided to turn to knob, which opened very easily. The girl blinked, but nonetheless, walked inside to see the cluttered mess that was Kelly's room. "Kelly?" She glanced at the female who was coloring something on Photoshop with headphones on. "I guess she's listening to music..."
She crept up behind her and grinned as she poked her non-stop. "How dare you ignore me!" The dark-chocolate haired girl yelled playfully as the other stopped what she was doing and turned around. "Mrow"
"Katsu, what are you doing here?"
"I'm here because I made a promise and I never break promises!"
The other blinked. "No way."
Katsu presented the box just like how she did the last time. "I made it just for you. It took me years to perfect the recipe, but it was worth it."
Kelly gazed at her and smiled as a glimpse of the middle-school student she knew back then popped into her mind. "Well, Well. Since you came all the way here, then I have no choice but the eat the cookies."
"Aww, you big meanie!"
The girl pouted as the other chuckled and unwrapped the box as she did all those years ago. "Pika cookies. So you did made them again." Though the difference between that time and now was that they were perfect, well there were a few cracks here and there, but still, it wasn't burnt. "I see your carving skills improved, but lets see how it tastes." Kelly popped one into her mouth and chewed and chewed.
It wasn't salty. It wasn't burnt. It felt electrifying.
"I made them with love ya know. So how are they, mrow?"
"They're delicious." The raven haired girl flat out spoke as she grabbed another. "Man, you really outdid yourself, Katsu."
Her eyes sparkled in joy as she heard that. "Yay! I'm so glad you love 'em! It would have been devastating to me if you didn't."
"Hm? Why?" The teen asked in between gulps.
Katsu glanced down in embarrassment and then gazed up at her as she smiled with a huge blush across her face. "Well, because I love you." The girl moved in and captured the other's lips in a sweet and loving kiss.
She pulled apart and smiled.
"Pika cookies are the best."
THE END
A/N: Dude, yayz for Katsu writing another story for ya'll to read. I wonder if I can write another one..I have no idea. HAPPY ALMOST NEW YEAR PEOPLES!
NOTES FOR "PIKACHU COOKIES"
1) Why Pikachu cookies?
Well, it's sort of an inside joke. This one day we were commenting on Deviantart and since we were all, bored and such. We started talking about Pikachu stuff, but we both agreed that Pikachu cookies were the best and so yeah.
2) What's Moe?
Errrr look it up on Wikipedia. It's a long definition and hard to explain.
