Remembrance

For in the places I remember

So much fighting and so much war

For in those places we surrender

Not them, they know the score

So much dying and so much pain

I don't know what I'm fighting for, it's all the same

I smile, because I love you more

In the places of great bloodshed

There's death and so many fears

In the places of great hatred

There's sadness and great many tears

I shake with sympathy

I wish you could, come back to me

Everytime I ever dream about you, I tremble to the core

Because I love you, I love you more

In the places we remember

There's lost life, we should let life live

So many souls had yet to give

And everytime I've remembered those I cherished

I fear, their love has perished

I everytime I think about you, I know life is love and love is life

But why is there so much suffering?

So much strife?

Everytime I ever think about you

There's feelings I can't ignore

Everytime I ever dream about you

I love you, I love you more
