Stone tombstones

Sit

Silently marking the dead

As they wait for the day

They shall be judged.

The sweet silence and

Promise of

Rest that fills the air

Entombs my soul

in peace and

Understanding.

The Graves speak

If you will listen

Hear what they say,

They tell of

Death and Life,

They speak of

Passion and deception.

They speak of the ones

Who died

Without a chance

If you

Will listen

The dead will speak.
