A/N: Hello, all. This is something new I’m trying out, so I hope that it all tides over well. Most of what you will see here will be pertaining to the main storylines, but some things that are posted will be short stories telling of the exploits of certain members of the past, present, or future. I will be editing the list of characters as I go on. I hope you enjoy! And, remember: if you read, please review!
The Casanova Covenant
We noble sirs do hereby vow
to fulfill every lady’s desires.
We vow to bring pride upon
the House of Casanova.
We vow to perfect the art of love and
dispense it upon those considered worthy.
We vow to remain gentlemen even
when our morals are questioned.
We vow to protect the House’s secrets
if ever any member is endangered.
We vow to shield our brothers
from any harm, even if it be mortal.
Dramatis personae
Filipe Girodano, the present (and very charming) head of the House of Casanova.
Achille Carducci, a young man of noble birth and a weak heart about anything other than his wife.
Elettra Carducci, Achille’s even younger wife, blessed with good looks and a tongue made of silver.
Modesto Fontana, the drunken favorite of the Florentine ladies, ironically his name means “sober.”
Giorgio Sartori, Filipe’s second in command and best friend, a seemingly sweet man with a masochistic streak.
Michela Sartori, Giorgio’s plain, uninterested wife, who has captivated Modesto of late.
Jasper and Julius Denham, the twin sons of the London House’s founder, both of which are members.
Marie Bellegarde, a stately woman in her late 30s who is inducted in France against the covenant.
Sebastien Piccard, the head of the Paris House, a brooding gentleman of very few words.
Previous influential members
Vittorio Cavallo, the second eldest son of the Marchese de Brindisi and founder of the House of Casanova.
Andrea Greci, founder of the Paris House and London House, not well-liked by the Florentine House’s members.
Sir Granville Denham, first head of the London House, retired from his post in 1870.
Henri Desmarais, first head of the Paris House, killed the same year he was given the title in a duel over a woman.
