I am seventeen years old
And I still need my mommy
I need her to tell me what to do
I need her to be there with me on graduation
I need her to tell me she loves me
I need her to fight with
I need her to laugh with
I need her to live with
I hate the girls who still have their mommies
Who have them, but don’t want them
Well, let our mommies trade places
Because I still need mine.
