Its icy here

All the trees bent halfway and blowing. All I picture is you

Is it icy there too? You with your big muscles and that small girl

Is she slipping and sliding, are you taking care?

And when there are strangers looking through your window

When shes throwing things that weigh more than her own body

Will you leave?

How icy does it need to be?

i will tell you about other boys. How they are so good at lying.

How beautiful they are when they try to cover it up

Would you like to hear about those boys?

They mean well I assure you, those boys are with her on nights you’re not

Would you like to hear about those boys?

And the girls, well we are all laughing

New years make for great resolutions. And we’re all drinking to better bodies.

Please don’t ever take us seriously, we never deliver as much as you want

But its warm under these covers

Is it icy there?
