We all need a good cry.

We all need a laugh.

We all need to say something stupid.

We all need to feel a bit like a dork.

Fall down and get up. That's how we learned to walk when we were little.

Don't take off running. You're gonna hurt yourself.

It’s all a part of life. We learn from our mistakes.

One thing I've learned is to avoid treating people like babies.
However, I've also learned that everybody needs a little guidance.

And just like when we were younger, a kiss from someone special always makes a boo-boo better. Whether it's emotional or physical.

We all need to tell the ones we love how much they mean to us...

We can be someone different from who we were yesterday.
We can't become another person, but we can be wiser.

I’m gonna keep this going and let it snowball into something real.
