Trapped Yet Free

Trapped inside
Chains attached to nothing
I can always be free
But I’m too scared
To wonder off
Alone

Sometimes you have to wait
While time passes
And people come and go
To help them know
That it's their turn
to be free

Because
There are those
Who can't find the exit
And those who know
But choose to stay
