Today I fell down a rabbit hole

and because

what goes down doesn’t come up
I’m a little stuck at the moment.

(Hey you’ve reached r-------,
guess I’m not here right now
but
hopefully
you know what to do after the beep!)

Followed by a half-hearted laugh from
the white rabbit who missed his date.

The mad hatter told me that life was
all about the way you acted not the
way you looked, but we always knew
there was something wrong with him.

But the caterpillar knew what was going
on when he puffed on his pipe and pulled
clichés out of thin air. But the caterpillar
laughed when the clichés turned out to be
so close to real life.

So today I realised I’ve always lived in Wonderland.
