Left, to Leave You in Peace
A catalyst to better dreams
Is breathing cleaner air
Behind the glassy eyes, you remain cold
You took them in without a care
No contemplation, of actions back then
My past no longer recedes
And yours, is what you're pushing back
I beseech that stink and warmth, that keeps me numb
The furor is scratching for release
What a relief to see that fuck up, cleaned out
Wiped off the face of the Earth,
So you could continue on living
