Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I'll try to make this a long chapter to make up for it!

At first, I thought I was having a vision , so I remained calm and took a breath. I gasped, sputtered, and shot up to the ceiling. The water almost completely filled my room, and it as rising fast! I took deep lungfuls of air, thankful for them, after one last breath, I dove beneath the surface.

I'll admit I wasn't thinking clearly. My one thought was to get to the door. I had a small room, but my panic slowed me down. When I finally threw open the door, my foggy brain was suprised (looking back now, I'm not) to see that the entire house was flooded with water.

I was sure it was the end. My body went limp; I just didn't have the strength to fight anymore. Only luck saved me. Just as my mind started to go black, my hand brushed against the window latch. New hope and strength surged through me, and I managed to open the window.

Water rushed out, and it took me with it. It was then I realized I was on the second floor.

And the ground was coming fast.

Blip. Blip. Blip. Blip.

I pried my eyes open and groaned. I was in a hospital. The blips were coming from a heart monior thing (I never learned what those were called). I turned to the bed next to me, and got a huge shock. Straight black hair, sof brown eyes, and a face I knew all to well.

"Jen!" I cried, but she didn't answer. "Jen!"

"She won't answer you, Sasha." A voice behind me said. I turned. Zac and Ryan were standing at the door.

I leapt up. I swayed a little, and Zac supported me. "Guys," I panted as Zac helped me to sit on the bed, "What happened."

Ryan hesitated. "Umm... a tree hit my house. A tornado hit Jen's. Zac's burned down. Your's... flooded."

"What about our parents?" I asked fearfully.

Ryan sucked in a pained breath. "They're dead, Sasha," He said quietly, "They're all dead."

Long, huh? If another chapter isn't up, I'm in the middle of writing it! And yes, I know what the heart monitor thing is, but Sasha doesn't. So don't review and tell me what it is, I know.
