Icicle Man

By: Gothic Lust

Your convictions seemed so clear to me that snowy day.

You sat there with me long ago till the sky went gray,

And I still wait there for you to return to me,

But sometimes the world is too dark for me to see.

I sit here again and await your return.

The years have changed me little so you would know

When you walk down the street with flowers in your hand

That I would take them from you and throw them in the sand.

You up and left me Icicle Man,

And when you return you will receive no love from me.
