Apple Picking (9-13-07)

The essence of winter magnified.
Hearts draw questions.
I thought it was good; I'm sorry.
Is it so simple we're not seeing it?

Have you never looked through a pane of glass?
It looks like ice.
Is everyone's life on the straight and narrow?

We're trying!
Distorted relationships never live,
I can not concentrate.

Cleanliness and poverty,
Nothing to do with it whatsoever.
Skim it from the top,
Steal it from us.

Bruised, I stumbled.
I told you It keeps going, eternal.
I'm thinking about going ahead.
