When Rises the Morn
“There under the forests and darkness
Lives the creatures so small and queer
The fairies and goblins, the elves and pixies
The creatures you’ll love or you’ll fear
Maybe you’ll hear their pipes playing
Or see how they feast in the night
Join in their feasting, join in their singing
And dance with them until the light
But beware of the spells they are weaving
Away they will steal every heart
A verse of a song; your soul they are grabbing
And soon they will tear it apart
The creatures that hide from the midday
Are calling for you and your soul
If you don’t be aware and you won’t run away
You’ll be caught by their song-spells alone
So carefully watch how they’re dancing
Amidst all the roses and thorns
But never go closer, don’t give up for calling
For they vanish when rises the morn”
