Click. Clang. Bang. Crash.
A girl broke down and poured her heart into the keyboard.
Apparently, her CPU wasn’t working.
Her arms were tangled in ink, tree scraps and sweat.
She blocked off her ears to the night sounds.
Her eyes were clouded beneath her shades.
Her rag doll legs sunk into her floor.
Where was her ceiling?
A bit too high for her line of sight, of course.
She was down because she looked up too high.
She saw the cracks and cried,
“My starlit hopes… shriveled like my dehydrated soul.
How much less am I now?”
So she drank up bottles and sulked in caves of tears.
She forgot to check the weather around her.
Up and down she went.
Beep. Beep Bottom line.
