The water stopped flowing
As the fire froze over
Another life gone from this world
Another life wasted

The wind took control
And the earth was shaking
Another body put into the ground
Another body crumpled

Tears flow like the river
Hearts stop beating
Bullets are fired
Blood run cold

The war raging took control
Of the people it took away
Their lives not in vain
Their memory soon forgotten

We look at our world
Fear the heating
We look at the faces
Fear them knowing us

At night we sleep
Dreaming of Utopia
At night we cry
Fearing for the lost souls

I changed the title because somehow today it hit me that this title was just that much better...Anyway I'm hoping you like it!
Sorry for the lack of stories lately but yesterday was the first time I wrote anything since a month or two! It has been pure toture...having ideas in your head but lacking the words to write them down. Anyway let me know what you think and I'm hoping to have more stories for you all soon!!
