The Sun dances with the wind,

An alteration of warm rays and cool breezes

As they move along my skin.

Here on this warm February day time freezes.

The season’s cold grasp loosens,

Fueling Spring’s early bloom for rebirth and fever.

Summer dwells in the sunlight,

Mixed with Autumn’s wind, set by a skillful weaver.

Beings bask in their release

From heavy garments and Winter’s extra baggage.

Enjoying such random bliss,

We sing, we play, we do all that we can manage.

Music wafts up in the air,

Setting the stage for some wonderful beginning.

I wonder whose fate is paired

Until turning my head I find myself falling.

Dark eyes still my thoughts.

My heartbeat quickens. Within a fire ignites.

He smiles and my breath is caught.

He reaches me, and Fate it seems, has set us right.
