Linda had been going out with Dewayne for two and a half years. Linda always appeared to very happy with Dewayne, but the problem was she wasn’t and hadn’t been for several months. She had to pretend that she was someone she was not just to make Dewayne happy. In short the kind of girl he wanted to date. Linda was very much alone before she met Dewayne and she never wanted to feel that way again no matter how bad Dewayne treated her.
