Undecided Fate

-o-

An obsidian eagle came to me

Led me to my death did he

Where ten crimson-clothed men wait

Daggers glistening with my fate.

-o-

As my life trickled away

A king came to me to save

And when I felt that I had died

I wake to find that I am alive.

-o-

Ten crimson clothed men fell

By two bloody swords from hell

To them, my King had killed

For me, my life was stilled.

-o-

Will I die yet again?

Will you come to breathe me in

A new life

Or an old beginning?

-o-

An obsidian eagle had left me

Promising me nothing did he

Only that ten crimson-clothed men will come

The day when he, the King will reckon

In tragic truth or pretty lies,

My bitter or sweet demise.
