Don't Worry About It

The tears in my eyes?

They're just leftover from half ass lies.

The tear in my heart?

From a relationship I once tried to start.

The quiet reservation?

It's just old frustrations.

Emotions in disarray?

Because of a family that faded away.

Tendency to self protect?

That happens when your self esteem is so often wrecked.

Throwing myself into books?

It's better than a nearby brook.

I worry about college?

I have a thirst for knowledge.

A need to get out of here?

It takes too much to persevere.

I have a reason for everything I do,

I don't always plan on telling you.

When will you quit?

I mean it when I say,

Don't worry about it.

There's got to be something wrong with my friends if when I'm finally semi-honest with them they still try to best me. She's not depressed, she just needs a good punch in the face. After tonight I have zero problems giving it to her.

Review? It will cheer me up?
