These clouds are gray and dark

A blanket of sin

Cloaking the world in darkness

A ray of sun

The light in the heavens

The radiance of God’s smile

Piercing the clouds

Shattering the grip of sin

Rain falls from the ski

Tears of the heavens

Falling to cleanse us

Remove the world’s impurities

A breeze rolls past

The breath of life

Restoring life and love to this dark world

And on this breeze,

A single flower

The kiss of God

We are forgiven our sins

Purged of our imperfections

One with God,

Always and forever.
