as she jumps off
she remininces of the relationship that could've been
(and wasn't)she slowly closes her
eyes smelling
the mixure of salt water and fresh air

as he screams out--
"No! Please don't"

she ignores him
i will miss you
she thinks solemly to herself
knowing that he wed another
because as he loved her
it was like as if she was his sister

she take a slow deep breath
and dives

her body submurges.
warm tears going down her delicate cheek

only to dissolve into /f o a m/
and into the the heavens.

it is peaceful
(he knows that)
no gray skies
no clouds(except in his heart and his eyes and water begans to form)
it looks as if nothing happened within those few minutes.

he goes closer to the edge of the boat
gazing at the water
the gentle swish of the waves cannot calm him down
as the silent girl
would never have the chance to speak

he takes a deep breath
and his wife-to-be places her slender hand
on her shoulder
knowing that the "silent one" was his closest friend
outside of the knights and other princes that snubbed him for being different.
"your heart will always be in mine"
he says as he walk away

"and you will never be mine"
were the last words before he walks

away(from.the.one.he.loved)
