Theme songs
Jingles for products I don't remember
Memories where they don't belong
My pastime time passed sick and wrong
A digital nightmare for the withdrawn
Long gone the song of productive distemper
Sequences
Try to leave the scene but the show won't stop
Closing down my own defenses
Giving up to ignore my expenses
This is where we lose our senses
Whence commences offense and emotional shock?
We all fall silent
Desperate and compliant
Stupid and reliant
Control is simple science
And they treat it like an art
It's no joke
We laugh but it was never funny
Nothing left here to provoke
Not once since have we spoke
No one's even yet awoke
Don't know the show, but even then we'll need the money
Can we afford to seek to sink to their low?
