The Goodness of God to me

From my heart I give, thanks to God.

For the blessings which he has given me?

His love, kindness, and gentleness

For giving me strength and courage,

Help when I needed it.

To be able to talk to him prayer

For the sweet peace, I get when I talk to him.

For he is my Heavenly Father, and my friend,

He loves me despite my failings.

When I make, mistakes, and ask for forgiveness,

He grants it unto me.

As each day goes on I will continue to strive.

To be an example to my family, friends, and others,

I will let my light shine brightly in the dark.

That others can see their way to God.

In the end the help I got from God.

I well extend to others.
