“Last Lullaby”
I just want to explain the song title and meaning. “Last Lullaby” came from the idea that when I get married and have kids, I want to be able to sing them a lullaby before they go to sleep for a few years. “Last Lullaby” just means that it’s the last lullaby heard before reaching the new day. And I have piano on it, but it’s not recorded yet.
The stars are out, the moon will arise
The sun has set, fading the sky pink
We crawl under blankets, our eyes already gone
As every star twinkles, my how much you shine
My precious angels sing, beauty above the clouds
Crepuscule has arrived, another day will come
Your little love for my whole heart
(A) sunrise and sunset, wherever you are bound
It’s short, but lullabies to fall asleep aren’t supposed to be long, in my perspective. I’ll probably add another note-thingy once I get the song recorded.
