Mommy’s Always Right
No, don’t look under the bed.
She told me there’s a monster.
Mommy’s always right.
At night I try to forget the bed.
There’s a smell under the bed.
She told me it’s the monster.
Mommy’s always right.
At night I try to forget the smell.
Yes, something’s under the bed.
She didn’t have to say monster.
Mommy’s always right.
At night I try to forget the flies.
Yesterday I saw under the bed.
She thought it was a monster.
Mommy’s always right.
At night I try to forget the sight.
Policemen got under the bed.
She told them I’m a monster.
Mommy’s not alright.
At night I try to forget my Mommy.
A/N: I was looking through some of my old notebooks and found this. :D I had forgotten about this completely. It's about a year or so old. Hope everyone thinks it's mildly okay. lol

12-08-08 EDIT -- The two people who reviewed didn't really get what was under the bed. Mostly I left it vaugue, so even I don't know exactly who is under the bed, but it is a dead body. The last line was going to be "at night I try to forget the body" but I liked the other line better, because it showed what the little girl/boy thought of his/her mother. Basically the story is the mother killed this person and hid it under her child's bed, but when the police find out the mother tries to say that the child killed who ever it is. I hope that clears some stuff up. :D andhearts again!
