Chains of Breeding

Please let this innocence last.
Let this rosy cheek still be unblemished,
When her hopes go south.
Let her will be strong, and
Life be long. Don’t let these people
Stick to her like the rest.
Breeding can’t be a factor.
Her smile is too bright
To hinder her here. Small child,
Keep your dreams,
Let you wings free, fly,
Take away your unseen chains.

A/N: Dedicated to Jaden. My little almost cousin. She's so cute, but I'm worried she going to turn out like the rest of her side of my family. Let's hope for the best.
