"Which way?" the witches say,
"Into the night or into the day?
All my dreams are cast away,
And I do not know which way!"

Toads and stools, kings and fools,
Rain that falls on swimming pools,
All the hammers, nails, and tools
Fire that heats and ice that cools.

Spells are casting left and right,
Into the day and into the night,
You know in your heart when something's not right,
When you feel overcome with fright.

That's right!
Tonight,
In the hight of nothing being right,
The witches pot is such a sight!

The light of the moon,
A fork and a spoon,
Call me a loon
And I'll have you soon!

A witch's way is in delay
When a hero saves the day
And the witch will burn away
Into the mist of yesterday.

But lo! If we could catch them all,
Cause the witches such a fall,
All the witches, short and tall,
If only we could catch them all.

They're all around, underground,
Their chanting's a disturbing sound,
The skinny ones and the round,
Never will they all be found.

When we know the witches' way
Maybe we'll catch them someday
Till then, they will never sway
From the wicked withces' way.
