Hate me,
For the lies I told
Hate me,
For being so cold

Hate me,
For the things I said
Hate me,
Until we’re dead

Hate me,
For what I put you through
Hate me,
For destroying you

Hate me,
For walking away
Hate me,
For this cliché

Forgive me,
For the lies I told
Forgive me,
For being so cold.

I like this poem, but for me, it's not as important to me because I sort of just wrote it, and it doesn't mean much and wasn't based on anything. I kind of just got inspired by a line in my "How Long" poem. Ah well. Feedback is still appreciated -
