Use streaks of bright crimson

For blood dripping down.

For the scabs that appear,

Paint it in a red-brown.

A pale, pale blue

Are the tears that I cry,

And black for my heart

When you said goodbye.

But add strokes of light gold

For the hope to discover

The fact that I've realized

I can recover.
