what is truth and what is reality?

if i told you to love me but
convinced you that you could not,
what would you have said?

if i explained to you my life’s
biggest secret but encouraged you
not to believe a word i told,
what would you then have chosen to do?

if life is what we make it;
what we say it is,
then why do we often feel miserable?
if the truth is in our mind,
how come reality is not?

the ground is shaking my head trough my spine;
my thoughts are not where they should be.
