Created March 2008

Directions: When writing a number poem, start by picking a seven-digit number. Each digit represents a line with that digit’s amount of syllables. For example, with a digit of five, the corresponding line has five syllables. Therefore, there are seven lines for each number poem. If you come across the number zero, then that line has ten syllables.

Number: 1822008

Blink,

And then they are lost forever.

Hold tight,

Firmly.

Cry an infinite number of salt tears.

Move on and fulfill your happiness, though.

Just remember not to let go.
