indecisiveness came out okay in the end. (a first.)

I hold the Pink Pearl
in my right palm.
I rub my thumb across the edge.
Years ago, I inscribed multiple smilies
on the edge I rub;
with black ink I carefully
retraced them over and over.

My mind wants to make my
(un)naturally smooth skin more like
nature – no rounded edges, no
smooth curves.
Just rugged.jagged edges.

My body says no to my
Pink Pearl; rejects the therapy it offers.

I pick up a pen
(hindering any possible use of the eraser)
and create(use) my own special therapy:
pen, paper, personality.

a/n: It worked. No more tears.
