Janson liked wearing mark’s t-shirts the way Mark liked his wearing them... except not quite such a perverted way. He liked the big loose ones that Mark had leftover from festivals and concerts his older sister had gone to as well as those from both siblings camp days and Cassidy's nursing clinics. Janson hadn’t grown much between freshman and sophomore year so he still swam in the t-shirts. Sometimes when no one else was home he would traipse around in just Mark’s t-shirt and some socks.

The fitted t-shirts weren’t quite as good as the loose ones. They weren’t as long and he had to wear shorts or pants under them. Instead of hugging his body like they did on Mark, the fitted t-shirts merely hung awkwardly on Janson as if they weren’t sure if they liked him or not. Plus there wasn’t as much fabric to keep Janson warm or tuck his legs under

As much as he would have liked to wear Mark’s pants, they were all just too big for him. A few pair’s were close to actually staying on for more than five seconds, but most couldn’t even be held up with a belt (the fact that Mark wore his pants on his hipbones may have had something to do with the size). When you factored in that Mark was nearly two heads taller than Janson, what you got was a too-big pair of pants.

But that way okay with Janson. He could still wear Mark’s t-shirts.

Marked liked it when Janson wore the t-shirts he had accumulated from various sources. Originally they had just lain about his floor, occasionally being worn for camping or hiking, or a visit to the pool or other activities where school clothes would not have been a wise choice. But when Janson donned them, the t-shirts transformed form a piece of cloth to something else entirely. Especially since Janson had the habit of not wearing anything but underwear and socks when he wore Mark’s t-shirts.

Janson would walk around the house whenever ark’s parents were gone in nothing but an oversized t-shirt, his cute little underpants peeking from beneath whenever he moved quickly or bent over. They were especially apparent whenever Janson’s underpants and Mark’s t-shirt happened to be contrasting colors.

It was amazing how much more adorable Janson could seem in an old worn-out t-shirt. His essence of a cute sweater vest geek was replaced by a sweet and “innocent” teenager. A cheeky side would appear whenever Janson started dancing around the living room, or Mark’s bedroom, or anywhere else for that matter. His t-shirt would fly up and his hair would fluff up and he’d look absolutely stunning. Orlando Bloom had nothing on Janson.

But Mark liked it best when he and Janson would cuddle under Mark’s heavy comforter on his bed. The t-shirt would bunch up and look so darned cute on Janson that it seemed like he was a five year old (not that mark liked five year olds in any romantic sense). But he’d seem so innocent, like he wasn’t becoming more and more of an Indie kid as each day passed; like high school wasn’t tainting his supposed innocence.

In Mark’s t-shirt Janson was just too darned cute.

This is a side story to my NaNo "Bend Geeks and Indie Freaks" (which I still haven't finished). I apologize for any mistakes in spelling and grammar. I have edited this thing for roughly a week (probably longer) and I'm kind of tired of fiddling with any mistakes. Random fact: Janson is a year younger than Mark, thus why Mark is a bit more perverted in voice than Janson.

And okay, I understand this isn't facebook, or MySpace or anything, but I just got new glases frames today. I am so damn excited, this is my frist new pair in probably over three years (though that was mostly by choice). I look much more writerly. In my opinion anyways. They're taking some getting used to though.

So, what did you think? Do tell. The world wants to know.
