Thinking "outside of the box"

Is too vague of a term,

Obviously created to fit in neatly

With the hundreds of cottony white folds

Of Kleenex sitting expectantly on your desk,

Just waiting for one little sneeze

Or one little sniffle to put it into action.

― No.

"Action" is decidedly too exciting of a word;

It makes the Kleenex sound too heroic

(We need to pity what's in the box.)

After all, mimes purposely box themselves.

…And you've always wondered why they have nothing to say.

A little music maybe?

(Perhaps they need the Kleenex more than you do.)
