My Prayer

Another tear on

My cheek. So tired of crying.

My heart is shattered

It isn’t pain that I feel.

Instead they are broken tears.

I break myself for

You, Jesus. I need Your love.

Put a fire within

me that cannot be quenched.

A flame eternal.

Help me become someone great.

I live only for You.

This is my prayer.

I long for Your forgiveness

And for Your mercy.

Come into my heart and mold

Me according to Your will.
