Lucifer and Gabrielle

Lucifer and Gabrielle

Of love that cross divine

The moon a looking glass

A love reflected yet unsaid

For the two who gaze at the lighted sky

Are divided by the holy light.

One adorned by chaos

He spread his arms and all is done.

He protects the world from the blackest throne

Without a care for those underfoot

But for the girl who adorn them well.

The other has tears of crystal

Well adorned in white

She looks upon the world below

And wished to gaze much deeper

The bluest eyes sought her beloved

While shackled in this paradise.

White wings stretch to fly below

Black wings to fly above

The need to pass the mirror moon

Has gone beyond desire.

Star-crossed lovers

Forbidden by the Father

Two bodies,

Two wings

One heart that beat.

Where can they escape?
