Vicious Circle

I dream of the what-ifs too often in life,

and no matter what it brings only strife.

So I stumble into my daydreaming mind,

when I find the need to leave reality behind.

Oddly enough I find I escape quite a lot,

but upon reflection… maybe not,

because when you don’t have the guts to make reality real,

fantasy’s true and reality’s surreal.
