My pain is deep and will endure.

I know what it feels like.

M hurt is strong and will not stop.

I know what it feels like.

My tears are crystal clear and cold.

I know what it feels like.

My face is wet from tears and blood.

I know what it feels like.

And you...

You are strong and protect them all.

You don't know what it feels like.

You stand tall casting a shielding shadow.

You don't know what it feels like.

Your face is dry and free of pain.

You don't know what it feels like.

Your eyes are joy and happiness.

You don't know what it feels like.

And I know...

I know how it feels to see all my "friends" walking away together

and be left all by myself.

I know how it feels to be attacked and locked out

and left all by myself.

I know how it feels to pretend when my heart is broken

and I am all by myself.

I know how it feels to cry in my darkened room

because I am again left all by myself.

You don't know how I feel.

I know how it feels to be alone.
