Oh mighty overlord, please don’t send me down to the mines
I would work so happily, but in the mines I surely will die.

So I descend and face, the chilling fate that’s handed to me.
I am shackled to my friend; it’s obvious we’ll never be free

But we’ll try, even still.
We are done, mining pills.
We will run, for the thrills
We will run, until we’re killed.

Oh gracious overlord, please spare us from your wrath.
You know that we would never stray, too far from you path.

But we’ll try, even still.
We are done, mining pills.
We will run, for the thrills
We will run, until we’re killed.
