I can't sleep, Lord

Not with this guilt I bear

I'm hiding among the leaves

That cover up my nakedness

But you've called my name

I finally answer "I'm here"

You take me back

and cover me up

Lord, I'm so human

I can't go a minute

Without making

A mistake

How did you do it?

To put on this very suit of flesh

And withstand the same temptations?

In all ways you were tempted

So that must include my struggles

Yet you never sinned.

How am I falling so short?
