She wraps her claws,

Around my heart,

And very slowly,

Constricts.

She digs her knife,

Deep in my back,

And very briefly,

Twists.

Everything always hurts,

Breathing causes pain.

So I wait for her to leave me be,

As she comes again.

She destroys my spirit,

My heart,

My soul,

My mind.

She is always,

Cold and cruel.

She is never,

Kind.

But this is the last time,

I take her games.

As blood mingles with the rain,

I'll never see her hurt me again.
