glide down

-

Nothing so sweetly,

as the scent of the hem

of your dress as your gypsy

eyes glide down the unguarded

hallway. All the more reason

to bask in the afterglow.

Everything luminous rushes

to gleam. Seemingly meaningless

split second glances hang kite

heavy in everyday silences.

Nothing so sweetly, these

virtues, those eyes.
