I can’t look
At this blinding sight;
I need it all
Black and white.

Why isn’t everything
Simply wrong or right?
Why can’t it be
Pure black and white?

It’d be easier if the world
Were sorted, dark from light.
It’d be easier if it was all
Plain black and white.

Why is there so much color
In this blurry night?
I don’t want a grayscale, either,
I just want it black and white.

I can’t find my answers,
I can’t see any light.
I need it written for me
In simple black and white.
