You think that you can hold me

Taking comfort in my pain

Loving all your torture

Driving me insane

Dive a little deeper

Push the limits far away

Show me that you love me

Prove just what you say

Save me, I am falling

From my cloud so far above

Flying oh so graceful

Cut my wings and take your love

Goodbye my lonesome mourning dove

The skies have cleared

And darkness falls

Casting shadows down empty halls

The tears you’ve cried, now fade away

Love letters burning bright

A lonely whisper calls your name

From dark and empty night

As daylight fades, you walk away

I see your face, you eyes turn grey

You don’t look back

Nor do you see

Your mourning dove fall from his tree
