The Time of Her Life

The Time of Her Life

The club was throbbing, with music, with bodies, with souls. Those souls who wanted to get away, to escape what ever needed escaping. Bodies closely integrated in a virtual dance orgy on the floor. The music played so loud you could hear the bass and feel it go right through your body. In the middle of the floor was a girl, she had long blonde hair, highlighted light pink, and scotching sapphire eyes. She had on a light blue spaghetti strap top with lace around the top of it, that showcased her tightly bound bosom, and a denim mini skirt; which highlighter perfectly her tanned skin. She moved sensuously to the lyrics and when someone came up and started to grind with her she paid it little mind, figuring that it was her boyfriend.

“Oh yeah baby I like that!” The gruff voice whispered in her ear.

Okay, that is definitely not him!! She thought to herself.

“What’s the matter baby?” He asked as she had ceased her movements, he then grabbed her ass. She whirled around and slapped him across the face; he then slammed her into the wall and yelled at her, “Stupid Bitch!” His hand was wrapped tightly around her throat, cutting off her air supply. The others in the bar gathered around the pair, the knew not him, he was a stranger; but they knew her. She and her crew were regulars and notorious in Diablos, they just waited to see what would happen next, her tanned muscles were proof enough she wasn’t weak; it only remained to see what she would do. The entire crowd saw her scorching sapphire eyes flare angrily as she slammed her hands down on his arm at the elbow. This move caused him to drop her immediately and she then kneed him in the groin causing him to drop to the ground, however, she did not stop there. Once he was on the ground she continued to kick him in the ribs and groin, the crowd cheered her that was, until a pair of strong arms grabbed her and hauled her away.

“What the hell?!” She cried and prepared to fight, that was until she saw his face.

“Corran!!” She cried in exhalation and gave him a tight hug.

‘Hey baby, are you okay? What happened here?” He asked as he tilted her head back to examine the bruises on her throat. What in the hell went on here; I’ve never seen these kind of bruises on her before.

“I’m fine.” She whispered. “That guy, he came up and started to grind with me, which would have been fine, except for the fact that he grabbed my ass. I turned around and slapped him and then he grabbed me by the throat and slammed me into the wall.”

“Where is he? He’s dead.” Corran was beyond enraged, it was one thing for her to have some fun with a guy at the club, he didn’t like it but he could deal. But when they messed with her or touched her in an unsavory manor, that’s when he started cracking skulls.

“No, it’s okay, I beat him something good and he’ll no longer be able to have kids.” She chuckled and coughed a bit. “Can we just head home?”

“Of course you beat him a good one, babe.” Corran chuckled also, he was quite glad that she had asked to go home as well. “Yeah, come on Sasha, let’s go home.” He said as he threw his arm over her shoulder and led her to his Saleen Mustang. He drove them over to their apartment and parked in the garage.

Sasha had been quiet the entire ride and she got out of the car just as silently and walked inside, she threw her shirt on the nearby chair as well as her skirt, she then walked silently in to the shower; discarding her other articles on the way. Corran let her go and took off his shirt, leaving his rippling muscles free to the eye. About twenty minutes later she emerged in a black satin baby doll dress. He looked at her hungrily from where he sat in the chair; she walked over and straddled his lap, placing her hands on his shoulders. His attention was drawn from her dizzying sapphire depths to the darkened bruises on her throat.

“They seem to be darker.” He said as he brushed his fingers lightly over them.

“They will be gone soon enough, I’ll be fine.” She said as she closed her eyes, at the feeling of his fingertips, she inhaled slightly.

“Yes, you will be okay and yes they will heal.” He said as he kissed her neck. “But the others of the Tide will want to know what happened.

“I—uh—I know that they will.” Her breath hitched in her throat. She moved his head up to look into her eyes and she kissed him, at first it was soft and sensuous but it grew more heated and passionate and she ended up pulled flush against him in the small chair.

A young woman with mid-length brown hair and pale icy green eyes stood in the middle of a Las Vegas strip. She had on purple top and black and purple racing pants. She had her hands held up and two cars on either side of them, in the Zonda was her boyfriend, Jack a.k.a. Spider, the other was a member of the Torrientals. The Torrientals were the hated crew that was against them, they were the Tide, and he drove a Mercedes Mclaren. She threw her hands down and the two of them slammed on the gas, Spider was ahead quickly with the Mclaren close on his tail. Going into the first turn the Mclaren rear ended Spider and she winced, becoming worried. But Spider recovered quickly and sped into the straightaway, in the second turn he pulled away and started gain ground ahead. They hit the third turn and the Mclaren was dead even with Spider. Spider punched his nos as soon as he hit the straightaway, only seconds later he heard the release that signified the guy in the Mclaren had hit his nos also. It was going to be a close race and they were neck and neck as it was, but at the last second Spider pulled ahead and won the race. The both of them came to a stop and got out of their cars.

“No way, man!! You cheated!!” The young rich kid cried as he ran a hand through his fluffy blonde hair.

“I don’t think so, man. Fork over the pink slip.” Jake said as he crossed his arms over his chest, the girl came over beside of him to stand and to wait for the punk to hand over the pink.

“There’s no way you could’ve beaten me!” He shook his head in denial. “My car’s infallible.”

“It’s not the car that’s fallible, it’s the driver. Pinks.” Jake said as his deep brown eyes bored into the hazel ones of the blonde.

“I’m not—“ The blonde was cut off as the brunette had brandished a small hand knife against his throat.

“Now you listen to me, you’re going to hand over your pink slip or I’m going to cut your pretty little head off.”

“Serena!” Jake called to her.

“Whatever!” Serena walked back over to Jake and grinned at the faint blood line on the man’s throat. Serena loathed the Torrientals; she fixed him with a hard glare and felt satisfaction as she saw him waver.

He threw the pink slip at Jake and started to walk off. Serena came over to his side and hugged him.

“Now why’d ya go and do that, babe?” Jake asked with a half-smile on his face, mindful that his spiked wristbands didn’t hurt her.

“I hate them! Besides, it got you your pink didn’t it and it increases their fear of us.” Serena explained.

“Where’s your girl then?”

“Sasha? She went to the club ahead of Card Trick; they took the night off from racing.” Serena said as she kissed him fiercely.

“She still up?” Jake asked after he cleared his throat.

“Mmm...It’s about 1:30, she should be.” Serena smiled.

“Well call her up, call her here, and Card as well, we need to have a meeting about the Torrientals.” Jake said as he walked over and sat on his car.

“Alright.” Serena said as she dialed Sasha’s cell phone number.

Over at Corran’s and Sasha’s her phone began to vibrate on the table. He awoke first and quickly picked it up before it woke her.

“Hello?” He murmured voice still heavy with sleep and exhaustion.

“Oh hey Card.”

“Hey Serena.” He mumbled as he got out of bed and slipped some pants on.

“Is Sasha there? I kinda need to talk to her.”

“She only just passed out, what is it?” He asked.

“Oh…you guys were-?”

“Yeah.”

“Well Jake just won a Mercedes Mclaren from the Torrientals and he said that we need to meet because they are getting worse. Punk didn’t wanna give up his pink slip, had to show him we meant business.” Serena explained.

“Good on him. Alright, give us an hour and a half.” He dreaded having to wake Sasha up.

“Alright, I’ll let Jake know.” Serena said as she hung up.

Corran groaned as he walked over to the bed to rouse Sasha, he felt bad for having to wake her up when she had only gotten to sleep less than an hour previous, especially because it was his fault that she had just gotten to sleep.

“Sasha honey, wake up.” He shook her slightly as he knelt by her side of the bed. She groaned and turned over; he pulled her back and kissed her, succeeding in waking her up. “Come on, we have to go.”

“What? Why?” Sasha asked sleepily.

“Serena said that they have to talk to us, she’s with Jake, something’s up with the Torrientals.”

“Are they okay?” She asked worriedly as she sat up.

“Yes, yes…they’re fine.” He hushed her.

“Alright then.” She said as she got up and walked into the shower, taking a long, hot one in order to wake her up. She changed into a black turtleneck and black low rise jeans, when she walked out Corran had changed into a black muscle shirt and low rise jeans as well. “Ready to go, then?” She asked as she walked over to him.

“Yeah, come on.” He said as he led her to his Saleen and they took off. The ride was mostly quiet and he could tell that she was worrying about what had happened. “Relax, I’m sure it’s nothing, they’re just being cautious.” He tried his best to soothe her.

“I sure hope your right, because a turf war is the last thing we need right now.” Sasha whispered.

“Don’t worry. I’m sure they’re fine.” He said as he squeezed her hand. “Look there they are.”

Corran pulled to a stop and Sasha rushed out of the car and jumped on Serena, giving her a gigantic hug. Serena began to chuckle softly as she looked at the young woman’s, whom she considered a sister, worried sapphire oceans.

“Serena! Are you guys okay?”

“Yeah Sasha.” Serena smiled. “We’re fine; the Torriental may not be though.” She chuckled.

“Thank God, what did you do hon?” Sasha asked as her countenance took on an amused look.

“Just put a knife to the kid’s throat.” Serena shrugged as if it was normal.

“Of course, what’d he do?” Sasha chuckled.

“Wouldn’t hand over the pink.” Serena shrugged again.

“That’s okay then.” Sasha said, she like Serena, harbored a deep hatred of the Torrientals.

“Hey Sasha.” Jake said as he came up to Serena’s side.

“Hey Spider.” Sasha addressed him formally, she had known Jake when he was the leader of the Torrientals, they had once had a rather large beef and she still wasn’t sure that she trusted him entirely.

“So what’d you call us here for, man?” Corran asked as he took his place by Sasha’s side, he could feel the tension between herself and Jake and wanted to keep her from fighting with him again. The last one they had was epic you had to completely disregard the fact that Sasha was a girl, because when she fought, she fought like a man. Anyone who fought her had to defend their selves, otherwise she was likely to kill you.

“I called you here because one, I just won that fine Mercedes Mclaren from a Torriental. Two, the punk didn’t want to hand over the pink, and three, that’s the fourth challenge by a Torriental Serena and I have got this week.” Jake elaborated.

“Do we know why?” Sasha asked as she looked towards the distance and at the faint glow of headlights.

“No, other than the loss of the Saleen to Card last month.” Jake said, as he watched Sasha curiously.

“Everyone behind the cars!!” Sasha yelled as she pulled Corran with her and shots were heard from the cars that had pulled into the parking lot.

A/N: Lemme know what you think, it’s based on a roleplay I was in.
