I’m sorry

Sorry I’m emo.

That’s what you call them,

Call me.

Don’t you?

I’m sorry I’m depressed,

From the abuse I’ve suffered.

Sorry I wear baggy, dark clothes,

To try and hide myself in.

Sorry that I cut myself,

Cos of the pain I feel within.

Sorry I write poetry,

To try and stop the cutting.

I’m sorry that I’m emo, to you.

I’m sorry I try and express myself.

But I can’t change that,

I can’t change me.

So I’ll stop trying to me sorry,

And just be me.
