Accidental Ending
I remember you clearly
I'll never forget the day
You put a plant pot on the TV
And the top of the TV fell away
-
Your dog tripped me over
I fell onto the table
My mum helped you to repair
The broken bits of cable
-
Your house was a bit of a nightmare
It was always rather strange
But when your life ended
I understood the way it was arranged
-
You'd been suffering for some time
You wanted your life to end
With mishaps or an accident
It would have been easier to comprehend
-
You didn't want to suffer any more
But you couldn't explain suicide
So accidentally killing yourself
Was the best end to your rough ride
-
