So easily told,
And full of half truths.
But they bleed.
Like ink on a page,
Blood from a wound,
Leaving a trail to the truth
You tried to hide.
You've wovenn them intricately,
Manipulated your words,
And made them sound feasible.
They dig you further into trouble
That will inevitably come.
When you think you're safe,
On high, level ground,
They crumble and break apart
Making you tumble
Into the pit you made.
