Werewolf

The wind rushes through her hair as she ran from this thing not her father anymore, but a beast. She runs and runs suddenly her knee buckles she falls gets up and quickly limps to a nearby tree. He comes up with his favorite T-shirt ripped in shreds only a few hanging from his chest his sides heaving. He looks up at the moon and starts to sniff she holds her breath and sits he starts to come her way. She inches from the tree and his eyes flash to her she shrieks. He runs up to her and grabs her by the scruff of her neck he sounds of a dog panting. He then howls and people not people but doglike things come out from the shadows with human bodies hung over their shoulders she looks at her friends dads scared and she does the weirdest thing she starts to sing they look at her. Her eyes are shut tight her dad looks at her and a faint realization comes to his eyes still singing her tune that her mother used to sing her she falls to the ground with a thump he dropped her she sees him squirming and his body starts to change into a human form he struggles to get up but cannot. She looks at him scared and confused he looks back eyes honest and true she kneels and hauls him up he then growls at the other wolfish men who are coming in on them they stop confused that a human growled at them. His face turns wolf like only his face and they run in terror never to be seen again her dad and her live in an old house she locks him up in the cellar every night for protection.
